Being a chocolate addict I try to keep it under control. I have found that the best way is to try to only eat the very best chocolate (sorry Hershey, you aren't it). Until recently Hotel Chocolate filled my needs but they no longer ship to the USA. (I used to come back from London with a suitcase full.) I am thrilled that Kathryn introduced me to your wonderful chocolates. So far I have loved them all. The barks of various kinds have been especially useful to take one or two to the coffee shop when I go with my brother, they are a good addition to our daily cup. I do believe that when life gets tough the best thing you can do is eat good chocolate and, of course, hug your cat.

I love the Salty Monkey chocolate bark. This is my favorite chocolate. The salt, peanuts and small banana chips are a great combination. Every time I am in the store purchasing gifts for family, friends, office, or clients, I cannot resist buying a bag of the Salty Monkey Bark for myself.

I recently attended the chocolate tempering class and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The instructor was incredibly personable and engaging, making the class both fun and informative. They provided clear, step-by-step instructions and were always ready to answer any questions I had.

What I appreciated most was the hands-on practice. I got to temper chocolate multiple times, which really helped build my confidence. By the end of the class, I had made delicious chocolate lollipops and chocolate bark, and I felt ready to try tempering chocolate at home.

In fact, based on what I learned in class, I successfully made my own chocolate bon bons! I’m so thrilled with the skills I gained that I’ve already signed up for the next class.

I attended solo. It’s been on my bucket list to learn how to both temper chocolate and make my own truffles for years. I was so happy to find this class. The truffle class was fun and informative. I took home loads of quality truffles to share with the family! I also have the recipe to work on my own creations for holiday gifts.

They usually have unique seasonal flavors that you wouldn't think of or find in your everyday chocolate shop. And please get them while they're there. They don't last extremely long! I haven't yet had one I didn't like!

The almost life size chocolate bunny was the favorite treat in my wife’s Easter basket. The Easter Bunny is going to have a tough time following that next year

This review should be for the bonbons. They have always been my favvvvvoooorite! I've always been reluctant to try the seasonal flavors (like Pina colada) but whenever I have tried them, I have always found something new and different that I like! I've tried other chocolates or chocolate shops as well. Happy to say that I personally haven't found any that can compare! Thanks always!
